The Mather High School Rangers are celebrating senior Alexander Marchan’s receipt of the prestigious four-year Posse Scholarship to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the first Posse Scholar from Mather since 2021. The school offers Advanced Placement classes, dual-credit classes and SAT/ACT preparation. Events hosted by the school include Ethnic Fest and Pre-ACT testing days for freshmen and sophomores. Mather launched its new website to better serve families with access to Aspen grades, transcripts and athletic calendars. In baseball, basketball and volleyball, the Rangers are members of the Chicago Public League.
