Located in Milton, Georgia, Cambridge High School is a public high school that is part of the Fulton County School District and serves students in grades 9–12. The school has about 3,300 to 3,500 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 18:1, making it a big but welcoming place to learn. Cambridge High School has a tough academic program that includes college-preparatory courses, Advanced Placement (AP) classes, International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, career and technical education (CTE) pathways, fine arts, and sports. The student body is made up of people from many different backgrounds, which is a sign of the growing community in Milton. About 59% of students are good at math and about 74% are good at reading (ELA). This shows that they are doing well in school and are better than the state average. Cambridge High School is a public school that gets money from the state and local governments. The amount of money spent on each student is in line with Fulton County standards. Students also take tests like the SAT and ACT to see if they are ready for college.

The Cambridge High School Bears varsity basketball team recently played against the Milton Eagles in a closely watched game that was streamed on the NFHS Network. This game was a highlight of a spirited season for the program. The school is still doing well in GHSA sports and is staying competitive in athletics this winter.
