Van Nuys Senior High recently reached a big milestone for its Medical Magnet program. Students are now getting real-world experience by working with local healthcare providers in new clinical observation partnerships. Recent improvements to the campus, such as installing energy-efficient lighting and updating classroom furniture to support group STEAM projects, are also good for the campus. The school's award-winning journalism department also continues to get recognition in the region for its student-run publications, which now have more digital multimedia elements.
