William C. Overfelt High School is celebrating the opening of its new Science and Technology building, which has labs for electronics and biotechnology. Students at the school's Electronics Academy still get to work with circuit design and robotics, which gets them ready for the tech jobs in Silicon Valley. The campus also just opened a full wellness center, which gives students a place to go for social-emotional support and mindfulness activities during the school day.
