Evergreen Valley High School, which serves students in grades 9 through 12, is known as one of the best schools in San Jose, California. It is one of the best campuses in the East Side Union High School District, with about 2,600 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 24:1. The school is one of the best because it has high academic standards. For example, 74% of students take Advanced Placement courses and tests. Evergreen Valley High School has a very diverse student body. 97% of the students are minorities, and 20% of them are economically disadvantaged. The students do very well in school, with 88% of them being good at reading and 69% at math. The school is in a desirable area where the average home price is over $1.6 million. It has a great reputation in the community for being excellent. Overall, the school is still a top choice for families looking for a competitive environment that prepares students for college, and it is one of the best high school in California.

Evergreen Valley High School is celebrating the official opening of its new Science and Classroom Building. This building has solar-ready infrastructure and labs for advanced research. The school's Robotics Team 2854 is getting ready for the upcoming Silicon Valley Regional competition. They are using a newly outfitted workspace that is made for engineering and fabrication. Also, the Cougar athletic department's winter sports programs have been doing well lately, with several varsity teams earning high seeds for the local league championships.

Ans. Yes, students can learn how to be leaders by joining student groups, working on group projects, and mentoring other students.
Q2. Are there chances for peer mentoring?
Ans. Of course, yes! Older kids can teach younger kids how to be leaders, work together, and help each other.

Ans. Of course! Evergreen Valley High helps students' mental, emotional, and social health by giving them counseling and wellness programs.
