The huge $27 million building project at Alisal High School is almost done. The grand opening of the new two-story building is tentatively set for May 2026. This new building will have 14 regular classrooms and eight science labs, replacing older portable units. It will provide a modern setting for STEM-focused education. The school's engineering students recently won a national award in the Naval Postgraduate School Design Challenge, which showed off their creativity on a big stage.
