It is one of six high schools in the Napa Valley Unified School District and offers a different kind of education for about 150 students, with a student-to-teacher ratio of about 15:1. This summer, the Measure B bond that voters approved will pay for big improvements to Valley Oak High School's campus. These include new HVAC systems, a new roof, and new paint on the outside. The school is also getting students involved in real-world learning through its Inquiry Arc Projects, where they use science and art to solve problems in their communities. The district also recently honored the Class of 2026's mid-year graduates for their hard work, showing how well the school has helped students get their high school diplomas.
