Dr. Tanous was recently named the district's Teacher of the Year at WP Davidson High School. This was because of her work in promoting global cultural connections through the school's "mini international festival." The Moving Images Dance Company at the school continues to do a great job representing the campus. Several students were named 2026 High School Honor Dancers. Davidson is also still a leader in preparing students for careers through its Signature Academy programs, which give students hands-on learning opportunities in fields that are in high demand.
