Recently, students from New Century Technology High School won a lot of regional robotics and coding competitions, which means they will be able to compete in national events. The school is also celebrating the start of a new biomedical strand in its curriculum. This will give students who are interested in healthcare and research access to advanced lab equipment. Also, a number of students were recently accepted into the National Technical Honor Society for doing well in STEM classes.
