The creative arts wing of Magic City Acceptance Academy has just been expanded, giving the school new, separate spaces for rehearsals of visual arts and theater. The school has started a special restorative justice program that lets students run community-building circles and workshops on how to solve problems. The academy is also hosting a series of community-based learning trips to see Birmingham's many historical and cultural sites.

Ans. The school is a safe place for students to be themselves and focuses on social justice and healing.

Ans. The ACT process helps school students by lowering their anxiety about testing and improving their results.

Ans. The academy uses an inquiry-based learning model that helps students learn how to think critically and solve problems in the real world.

Ans. School kids do a lot of creative projects that combine social justice with the visual and performing arts.

Ans. Holistic support systems make sure that the mental and emotional health of students is always the most important thing.
