Jefferson Elementary is a school in Spokane as part of Spokane Public Schools, where kids from kindergarten to 6th grade go to learn. Around 430 to 480 students attend the school, and with roughly 18 students for every teacher, everyone gets pretty consistent instruction, along with some personalized help. So, what we're seeing from the latest state reports is that about 60-65% of kids are doing well in reading, and for math, it's roughly 55-60%. We have a pretty even split between guys and girls here at school, about half and half.
Jefferson Elementary focuses on building a solid academic base. Teachers really zero in on making expectations clear, having steady routines, and keeping in touch with families. A lot of parents say they really like the friendly vibe and how committed the staff is. Around South Hill, you'll usually find homes priced between $400,000 and $650,000. That's a range that lets a lot of families stay in the neighborhood for a good while. Jefferson Elementary offers a really dependable and caring elementary school setting; they've got good academics, and families are quite involved. This school is one of the best schools in Washington.
