Truman Elementary continues to run a PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports) program, rewarding students for safety, responsibility, and respect with “Truman Bucks,” awards, recognition systems, and a school store.

Ans. Yes, the school has a Gifted & Talented program that helps high-achieving students learn more.
Q2. What does the school do to help students who don't speak English?
Ans. Truman Elementary offers ESL classes and other language support to help students who don't speak English as their first language do well.

Ans. Students can join after-school clubs, music, and visual arts to help them be more creative and learn more.
Q4. What can parents do to help out at Truman Elementary?
Ans. Parents are encouraged to join the PTA, help out in classrooms, and go to school events to help their kids grow.

Ans. Truman Elementary keeps students safe by having secure entrances, checking in visitors, and following safety rules throughout the district.
