About Young Women'S Leadership Academy

Young Women's Leadership Academy is a top public high school in El Paso, Texas, for students in grades 9 through 12. The Young Women's Leadership Academy still honors great talent in 2026. Senior Kira Smith won the El Paso Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition and got a spot in the Texas All-State Philharmonic Orchestra. This April, the varsity golf team won the district championship for the third year in a row, and the high school orchestra got all superior ratings at recent regional evaluations. This was the highest level of athletic success ever. The Young Women's Preparatory Network is also helping students become better leaders.
