The most recent news about Roosevelt Elementary School in Norman, Oklahoma, There are a lot of good things happening at Roosevelt Elementary School as the new school year begins. The Norman Public Schools recently named a new group of leaders for the whole district. This shows that the district is still committed to strong leadership, helping students, and academic excellence. Kristen Earley has been named the new principal of Roosevelt Elementary School as part of these new hires. Earley has 11 years of experience in education, mostly as a teacher in an elementary school. She had taught at Roosevelt for three years before, so she knows a lot about the school's culture and the needs of its students. Most recently, she worked as an assistant principal at Alcott Middle School, where she helped sixth-grade students make the transition to middle school both academically and socially. Earley has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Oklahoma. She is expected to bring a steady, student-centered approach to her new job as a leader.
