PS/IS 218 Rafael Hernandez Dual Language Magnet School is celebrating the success of its 2026 “Bilingual Banquet” where students showcased their bilingual skills in English and Spanish through theatrical performances. The school just launched a new International Studies track for middle school students to learn about world economies and take part in virtual exchange programs. The campus also has strong parent involvement with its “Dual Language Families” workshops that encourage biliteracy at home.
