Being Updated
A new school garden project at Northview Elementary School gets kids to help out in the community and learn about the environment. The PTO and local volunteers helped get the project started. Kids can learn how to live in a way that doesn't hurt the environment, plant vegetables, and learn about biodiversity. It was made to help students learn science by doing things and to help the school reach its goal of getting students involved and using what they learn in the real world. Families are invited to the garden's opening ceremony next month. This shows how much Northview wants to be a part of the community and learn by doing.
