Latest news of the Oak View Elementary school, As part of a special community-supported improvement project, Oak View Elementary School in Fort Wayne recently surprised students by completely remodeling the cafeteria. The renovation added new, flexible seating, brighter colors, and a more modern layout to make the lunchroom feel cozy and inviting. All Staff members said that the redesign the goal is to create a positive social environment and give students a space that feels new and interesting work he can do.
Before the project started, students were asked to vote on color schemes and layout ideas. Teachers said that the new space has already made lunchtime routines run more smoothly and made it easier for students to talk to each other.
The project shows that Oak View Elementary School wants to make the whole school day better for all students, not just in the classroom. Families praised the effort, saying it shows how much the school cares about making sure students feel valued, supported, and excited to come to school.
