Beasley Elementary Magnet Academic Centre continued to celebrate student success in academics, athletics and community programmes in 2024. During the school year the 7th and 8th grade boys basketball team defended its city championship in the Chicago Public Schools. Quarter 3 Awards Assemblies Students were recognised for their academic progress and classroom participation. Throughout the year the school has had activities including Black History Month activities, mentoring programmes and community support activities including the ongoing food pantry programme. Students also helped with rehearsals and preparations for the campus International Arts Festival, which showcased student creativity and performance events.
