Skyway Elementary recently got a $25,000 grant from the Coeur d'Alene Rotary Club through the EXCEL Foundation. This money will make their playground area really special.
The school plans to use this money to build a new playground with a meditation area, a "friendship circle" to help kids learn social-emotional skills and how to solve problems, and even a big map of the United States to get kids interested in geography and the world around them.

Ans. Creativity, involvement, and learning by doing.

Ans. Yes, families are welcome at project nights, school fairs, and workshops.

Ans. Students do group projects and activities that require them to interact with each other.

Ans. Yes, arts projects go well with STEM and other lessons in the classroom.
Q5. What does the school do to make students curious?
Ans. Through experiments, creative projects, and activities that let people learn on their own.
