New Beginnings: In March 2026, Tammy Simmons, a teacher in Naples, was chosen to get the 2026 Stand Up for Justice Educator Grant. The Jewish Federation of Greater Naples gives out grants of $1,000 to $5,000 to help pay for lessons that teach kids to stop bullying and respect people from all walks of life. The award gave money to classroom projects that helped students be healthy and included.
