Barnard Environmental Science & Technology School in New Haven is trying out a policy that doesn't allow cell phones. Beginning in January 2025, all K–8 students must keep their phones in locked Yondr pouches during the school day. Officials say this will help them stay focused and less distracted.

Ans. There are science clubs, environmental action groups, gardening programs, and project-based learning opportunities at the school that all have to do with ecology and sustainability.
