Sheridan Way Elementary just started a new program to get parents more involved in running the school. The school is a big part of the VUSD Food Share partnership, which makes sure that students can get the resources they need. Principal Cary Dritz is now working with teachers to come up with fair ways to teach that will help a lot of different kinds of students.

Ans. Food Share of Ventura County works with the school to give out healthy food to families in need in the area every month.
