West Portal Elementary School is a public school in San Francisco that teaches students from Transitional Kindergarten to 5th grade. Recent district bonds are paying for a big modernization project at West Portal Elementary. The changes are meant to help its popular TK–5 program, which has a very long waitlist for TK students that is much longer than the number of seats available in recent enrollment cycles.
