The staff and students at Mt. Woodson Elementary recently worked with the police to hold a very successful emergency evacuation drill to make sure the campus was safe. The Mt. Woodson PTA also held a Scholastic Book Fair and a fundraiser at Rubio's to raise money for school supplies. The school's Winter Food Drive, which happens every year, also went well. It got a lot of things to help local families in need during the holidays.
