Lucas Elementary organised Superintendent's Book Club picks up speed this February, Lucas Elementary is buzzing with a new kind of energy. The students and Family" theme is all the rage on campus right now, and kids are rushing to turn in book reviews so they can get those "Reading Is My Jam" milestone stickers.

Students move between English and Spanish desks almost without thinking. With so many people reading books and the recent "Lion Pride" celebrations for good behavior (PBIS), the academy feels less like a normal classroom and more like a busy community center.
