The Aptitud Community Academy at Goss in San Jose, California, is a very busy place! The school just held its third annual Falloween Trunk or Treat. It was a fun and safe place for families and students to be. This event shows how much the school cares about the health and well-being of its students and wants them to feel like they are part of a community.

Sandra Garcia, the acting superintendent, also gave good tips for Attendance Awareness Month. She talked about how important it is for kids to go to school every day and how the district is helping them do that. The school is also getting ready for things like the EL/ML Parent Townhall Meeting and Family Friday Art Night. This shows that it wants to help students learn and grow by making strong connections.
