Cumberland mornings feel soft and steady, the kind where the neighborhood wakes up slowly. Most homes around here are single-family houses with porches that feel welcoming, a mix of older New England styles and newer builds tucked into winding streets. A couple of local cafés open early, and regulars stop by for warm pastries and quick conversations before heading to work.
