The new "Outdoor Learning Lab" at Pocatello Community Charter School just opened. It's a project on campus that lets students learn about science and the environment in a hands-on way. There are garden beds, places to watch, and activity zones in the lab where kids can learn about STEM subjects in real-life situations. Students have already begun doing experiments, writing down what they see, and making projects about the environment that connect what they learn in class to the real world.
