Summerwind STEM Academy recently had a fun "STEM Night" where students and their families worked on science, technology, engineering, and creativity projects that they could touch and feel. The most recent live updates from the school say that the event got everyone, no matter what grade they were in, excited and working together.
Q1. What kinds of STEM activities do students do?
Ans. They do engineering tasks, learn the basics of coding, and do experiments.
Q2. Are there project displays?
Ans. Students show off their STEM projects at school events.
Q3. Is STEM all about working together?
Ans. Most things need people to work together.
Q4. Are skills in design thinking taught?
Ans. Students learn how to make, test, and improve their ideas.
Q5. Do families come to STEM nights?
Ans. The school puts on family engineering events that everyone can take part in.
