Hsin-Yuan C

Hsin-Yuan C. is a college counselor at Envision Academy of Arts and Technology in Oakland, California. Hsin-Yuan holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and School Counseling from New York University and completed her Bachelor of Arts in English entirely online at Arizona State University to improve her proficiency. She also attended De Anza College, where she was active in the Taiwanese Students Association. Her background combines cross-cultural education, international admissions consulting and school-based counseling with a focus on helping diverse learners navigate the college process.
