Chelsea, Vermont, is a small, rural town in Orange County with about 1,230 people living there. It is known for its historic village center, beautiful river valley setting, and close-knit community lifestyle. The First Branch Unified School District #82 runs Chelseas middle schools. First Branch Middle School serves grades 5–8. This public school focuses on personalized learning.
