Flour Bluff Junior High is located at 207 Hustlin Hornet Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78418. The campus serves students in grades 7 through 8 within Flour Bluff Independent School District. With approximately 898 students enrolled, Flour Bluff Junior High is one of the most prominent among junior high campuses in this part of Corpus Christi. The student–teacher ratio is approximately 15:1. The student body is about 51% male and 49% female. At Flour Bluff JH, 65% of students scored at or above the proficient level for math, and 66% scored at or above that level for reading. The school uses a junior high structure where students move through separate class periods with different teachers rather than staying in one room for most of the day. Students here usually continue into Flour Bluff High School as part of the district’s secondary progression. Flour Bluff JH’s district recently celebrated the completion of the first major Bond 2025 projects.
