Lincolnwood is a quiet, wealthy suburb in Cook County, which is just north of Chicago. People know it for the Lincolnwood Public Library District, which is very well-known, as well as its strong focus on homes and excellent city services. The houses are in excellent shape, and there are trees on both sides of the streets. Life is pleasant there, and it feels like a small town even though its not far from the city center. There are many stores in Lincolnwood, especially on Touhy Avenue. The parks are also lovely. There are many different types of people who live in the area. Its a quiet place to live, and its easy to travel to jobs and cultural events in Chicago.
