Central High School is celebrating the fact that Principal Karen Delbridge has been named the Wyoming 2026 Secondary Principal of the Year for her hard work and leadership in helping students succeed. The school's "We the People" team also came in second place in the state competition for 2025–2026, which shows that they are very good at school and know a lot about civic issues. Students are also doing well in a number of activities outside of school. The most recent Student of the Week award went to a student who is doing both advanced placement classes and community service projects at the same time.
