Jericho is a beautiful town in Chittenden County with about 5,100 people. It is famous for being the home of "Snowflake" Bentley and for its stunning views of Mount Mansfield. The town still has a rural, historic feel, but it is also a popular place for people from the Burlington area to live. The high school students go to a highly-rated regional high school that is known for doing well on standardized tests and in school. The school system stresses a well-rounded education, with a lot of Advanced Placement classes and a strong focus on STEM and environmental sciences. People often praise it for its high graduation rates and ability to get students ready for tough colleges.
