Brandon is a town in Rutland County with about 3,800 people. It has a lot of history and art. People often call it "the art village of Vermont." The town has a regional high school that serves students from a number of nearby towns. This makes the student body more diverse and welcoming. The school system is focused on personalized learning and has strong programs in the arts, music, and career and technical education. People say that the high school has great teachers and a lot of activities outside of school, like sports teams and clubs run by students. Brandon has a lovely, walkable downtown, a low cost of living, and a school system that puts the safety and growth of each student first in a rural area.
