Cottonwood High School is improving its Career and Technical Education department by adding a new medical assistant pathway and better kitchen facilities. Recently, the school threw a party to celebrate the success of its performing arts students, who won top honors at regional drama competitions for their skills in technical production and performance. One of the new things going on is a student mentorship program that pairs seniors with freshmen to help make the transition to high school more welcoming and supportive.
