Recently, Forney High School celebrated its award-winning band finishing in the top 20 at the State Marching Championship. This was a great way to end a season of great music. The campus also got an athletic award when it was named a 10-6A Co-District Champion, which shows how good its varsity programs are. The district is using the money it saved on construction costs from past bonds to pay for ongoing capital improvement projects and facility upgrades that will help it grow in the future.
