The Emmett J. Conrad High School JROTC program made history in March 2025 by being the first in the district to go to the National Leadership and Academic Bowl for two years in a row. The campus also had big wins in sports and the arts. For example, the boys' swim team came in third in the state for the first time ever, and the choir won first place at UIL competitions in the region. The school's Global H-TECH program is also growing.
