The 2024 Bond Project is making big improvements to Roy Miller High School's campus. These include building a new practice gym and a multi-purpose building. The Metro School of Design keeps teaching students high-level technical skills. Recently, students showed off their architectural and graphic design skills at the Coastal Bend Science and Engineering Fair. The school is also encouraging students to get involved through the 2025–2026 Drive Sames 4 Education initiative, which gives one student the chance to win a new car for perfect attendance.
