The Science UIL team from Oak Ridge High School recently won first place at the district level. Now they will go on to the regional level to represent the War Eagles. The FFA floral team won Grand Champion for Horticulture at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, which is another reason for the campus to celebrate its agricultural programs. The Visual Art Scholastic Event is also a chance for students to show off their artistic skills. 55 pieces of art received the highest ratings and medals.
