Putnam City West High School just started its Patriot Pride program, which pairs upperclassmen with new freshmen to help create a welcoming and supportive school culture. The school is also adding more dual-credit partnerships with local community colleges. This means that students can graduate with a lot of college credits already earned. The athletic department also recently updated its strength and conditioning center, giving student-athletes access to new equipment that will help them get stronger and fitter.
