Brooklyn Technical High School celebrated the Class of 2025 at a memorable commencement where valedictorian Arthur Cornelis and salutatorian Nevena Glisic reminded classmates that “when we rise, we don’t rise alone,” and principal David Newman urged graduates to “dream the future and create it.” The Alumni Foundation secured public investment to transform the historic 1930s metalworking foundry into a Multimedia, Multiuse Research and Collaboration Center with 40-foot ceilings and cathedral windows, designed for 21st-century project-based STEM learning.
