Explore Academy has recently added more "flavors" to its unique elective system. This gives students more options to choose specialized seminars that are relevant to their career goals. The school has successfully put into place a new mastery-based assessment model that makes sure students fully understand the main ideas before moving on to more difficult classes. The campus has also started a new civic engagement program run by students that aims to combine community service with learning in the classroom.
