Green Level High School is a public high school in Cary, North Carolina. It is part of the Wake County Public School System and serves students in grades 9–12. The school has about 2,200 to 2,400 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 17:1. It offers a supportive environment that balances hard academics with fun activities outside of school. Green Level High School has a full academic program that includes college-prep classes, Advanced Placement (AP) classes, International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, career and technical education (CTE) pathways, fine arts, and sports.
The school focuses on getting students ready for college, preparing them for careers, and helping them grow as people. It also offers a lot of clubs, sports, and leadership activities to keep students interested. About 54% of students are good at math, and about 93% are good at reading (ELA). This means that they have strong literacy skills and do well in math. Green Level High School is a public school that gets money from the state and local governments. Students take college-readiness tests like the SAT and ACT. This is one of the best high schools in North Carolina.

The football team captains at Green Level High School are working with the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Wake County to put on the second annual Mental Health Awareness Game. The goal is to get people talking honestly about mental health and fight stigma. This fall, the game is getting a lot of attention and support from the community.
