Eight students from Murrah High School were recently honored for their work in the prestigious AP Capstone Program. Some of them earned the AP Capstone Diploma for their advanced research and presentation skills. The school's Base Pair program is still going strong. For example, Zuri Wheaton is doing high-level scientific research at the University of Mississippi Medical Center with the help of mentors. In addition, the campus is encouraging students to be creative through its literary magazine, "The Pleiades," and getting ready for the release of the school yearbook for 2026.
