As part of the Ann Arbor Public Schools district, Community High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a public magnet high school for grades 9–12. It is one of six district high schools. The school has about 500 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 15:1, which helps create a personalized and collaborative learning environment. Community High School has Advanced Placement® classes, and 28% of students take them. The school also has flexible academic pathways that focus on student choice, project-based learning, and getting involved in the community. About 25% of the students are minorities, and 11% of them are economically disadvantaged. The academic indicators for the years 2025–2026 show good results, with 70% of students being good at math and 88% being good at reading. Students also take the SAT and ACT tests, and the results show that they are ready for college. The amount of money spent on each student is in line with the amount of money the district gives to public schools. Community High School is in Ann Arbor, a city known for its focus on education and stable housing market. The school stands out because of its unique structure, academic focus, and supportive culture.

The University of Michigan Jazz Combo Festival was recently won by Community High School's jazz combo "Supernova." Jacob Johnson, who plays the alto saxophone, came in second for "Most Outstanding Soloist." The National Scholastic Press Association gave The Communicator, the school's newspaper, four national awards. Also, Community High's ASL 3/4 students and Skyline choir students did a great job at the University of Michigan basketball game by signing and singing the National Anthem.
