Brunswick High School is the best school in the Brunswick Public Schools district and is the main public high school in the city for grades 9 through 12. With about 730 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 12:1, it is one of the best schools for preparing students for college and academic rigor. The school is known for having a wide range of classes, including many Advanced Placement® classes and a strong focus on the arts and sciences. 18% of the students are from minority groups, and 21% are considered to be economically disadvantaged. The performance data shows that 67% of students are good at reading and 52% are good at math, and it is one of the best high school in Maine. The school helps students take the SAT and ACT tests to help them reach their goals after high school. The campus has a good reputation in the community for having high educational standards and getting people involved in their communities. Each student costs an average of $17,000. Brunswick High School is one of the best schools in the area because it encourages students to think critically and do well in school.

Brunswick High School recently honored the accomplishments of its music department. A record number of students were chosen to play at the upcoming All-State Music Festival. The school has also added more honors-level classes by creating new interdisciplinary classes that combine environmental science with local maritime his to ry. The athletic department is also celebrating a successful winter season because several varsity teams have earned to p seeds in the regional postseason to urnaments.
