The Fayette County Learning Center is starting to use a new personalized competency-based learning model. This lets students move through their work at their own pace, which is best for their own learning needs. The center just added new technology to its digital learning labs to support remote and hybrid instruction. This makes sure that students have access to modern tools for credit recovery. The school has also set up a special career counseling series that connects students directly with local trade apprenticeships and vocational training programs.
