Lighthouse Academy has started a new flexible scheduling model that lets students do their schoolwork while also doing internships and work-study jobs outside of school. The school recently teamed up with local technical colleges so that high school students can start getting industry-recognized certifications. The academy's new success coaching program, which gives students one-on-one help with their personal and professional goals, supports these efforts.
